Apliki will impress you in any time of the year. During the winter months and especially after the first snow, the landscape is amazing. In March, the colors of nature are breathtaking while you walk from the Old Apliki to the new village. Between the rifts of the rocks, beautiful cyclamens, white almond trees and hundred of trees emerge and offer tranquility and calm to the visitor.

In April, May and June when you walk along the two villages you can listen to the gurgling waters of the rivers and the beautiful bird song of the nightingales.

You can also admire age long trees, such as the “latzia tou Markitsi” which is the oldest in Cyprus and also the big pine in the yard of the church. On this pine stands the old bell of the church.

Apliki is a colorful puzzle composed of natural beauty, history, tranquility and calmness. Each peace of this puzzle offers a magnificent image to the visitor. Through our website you can take a look in the beauty of our village, but we recommend you to visit it in person someday.
